If you are using an older environment or a different one, this can be the origin of your hang-up. Upgrading to the version listed above, or more recent must fix the issue. |
Patches missing

Optimizer always checks your system patches prior to start. As such, it should have informed you with a message if one or more patches are missing. To address this problem, simply install the missing patches as detailed. |
