Galaxy Optimizer offers two running mode you can choose from (depending on your own manufacturing, engineering and business criteria):
Optimizer-Static: used at engineering, it reduces test program development and characterization tasks. It also brings significant test time reduction and improved yield (ensures a stable and reliable correlation of your tests).
Optimizer-Dynamic: add-on module for further test time reduction in production. It typically doubles the overall test time reduction compared to the Optimizer-Static. This option continuously and automatically adjusts test program parameters in production to remain at their optimum performance levels whilst maintaining correlation. Thus, yield is maintained while productivity is increased.
