spacer
Release date: July 12, 2002
Galaxy Examinator huge success remains stronger than ever. This release remains amazingly fast! While other data analysis solutions painfully take minutes to process any of your query, the Galaxy Examinator does it in just few seconds...if not less! This solution screams: there is no word strong enough, you have to try it!
Also, this is the last release available for free. Starting September 15th, 2002, Galaxy Examinator will be available for a low annual fee. This fee will allow us to allocate more resources for R&D and continue to bring you the best! Also we will continue to provide a free evaluation release.

If you have any suggestions to improve the Galaxy Examinator solution, please forward your comments/requests to our support team at support.examinator@galaxysemi.com or complete the Product Feature Request form.

ENHANCEMENTS
orange Smart Import lets you select and analyze large amount of data in only few mouse clicks. This assistant is designed to address typical production needs: select calendar dates and filter conditions on device name, tester name, program name, etc...and let Galaxy Examinator scan all your data files to only import the one matching your criteria! Conforming to Galaxy Examinator philosophy, this function is very fast and easy to use...!
orange Interactive Drill: This new report option lets you interact dynamically with your data and let you take napshots of the results. This new feature opens Galaxy Examinator to more advanced engineering investigation where advanced drilling into data is required. Future releases will include other drilling functions so even more interactive data analysis can be conducted.
