Global information section: now includes test time information, and part counters such as parts tested, retested, etc.....
Global section now shows the STDF version of the file processed.
Wafermap section: now includes wafer ID and the test time information.

What will come after STDF Examinator V2.2? Well we are working on the following enhancements:

Provide STDF Examinator for PC and Solaris platforms.
Support multiple STDF files (allows to merge & compare STDF data).
