When Galaxy recently conducted a poll of its users many
of you expressed an interest in an on-line user forum
that would enable you to ask questions, share ideas and
compare notes with Galaxy and other engineers like
yourself regarding the application of Galaxy products.
Based on your interest we have just launched the Galaxy
Users’ Forum, an on-line community that will help
connect Galaxy users from all over the world.
The Users’ Forum message board is
intended just for licensed Galaxy users and can be found
on the password protected user area of our website: http://www.galaxysemi.com/customer/index.htm
.
We recommend that for
convenience you check the box, “remember my password”,
so you can bypass this step in the future. Once you’re
on the customer support page you’ll see the User Forum
image and links to register/login, get help, and view
the legal terms of the message board.
The User Forum has its own simple
registration process that you’ll need to complete once
in order to access the site and post messages. The
registration link can be found just below the login box.
Again, if you check the box next to “Log me in
automatically each visit” you can bypass this login step
for every subsequent visit.
Please register and try posting a
message or two and subscribe to threads that are of
interest- then see what happens. It may take a little
while for the volume of users and postings to grow, but
soon enough you’ll be connected with hundreds of other
Galaxy users like yourself.
If you have questions and/or
suggestions on how we can make the Users’ Forum better
please post a reply to the message thread entitled:
Welcome to the new Galaxy Users' Forum. Enjoy!
